Ryan Minor is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and software engineer with more than 17 years of experience designing and building innovative software platforms across healthcare, e-commerce, IoT, government, and enterprise technology.
As Co-Founder and CEO of ClinicalScriptAI, Ryan built the company's AI-powered healthcare platform from the ground up, combining advanced artificial intelligence with secure, scalable SaaS architecture to automate the creation of medical and dental insurance documentation. His work spans application architecture, AI/LLM integration, healthcare data workflows, document processing, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and multi-tenant platform design.
Throughout his career, Ryan has served as a technology leader and engineering executive for organizations ranging from growing technology companies to large enterprises. He has led engineering teams, transformed software platforms, implemented modern development and DevOps practices, developed healthcare and e-commerce systems, and delivered significant operational efficiencies—including more than $4 million in annual savings through technology and architectural improvements.
Ryan is also an inventor and holds multiple U.S. technology patents, including intellectual property related to IoT communications and AI-driven medical document generation. His combination of hands-on engineering expertise, business leadership, and experience applying emerging technologies to real-world problems drives ClinicalScriptAI's mission to transform healthcare documentation through artificial intelligence.

Hanli Van Den Berg

Co-Founder

Hanli van den Berg brings more than 13 years of experience in the dental and medical billing field, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of how providers get paid, and why they often don't. Certified in medical billing and coding, Hanli has spent her career on the front lines of insurance reimbursement, helping physicians, practices and facilities handle complex claims, denials, and appeals.
As the leader of All-Star Medical Billing, Hanli has worked closely with oral and maxillofacial surgeons and other specialists on some of the most challenging cases to get reimbursed. Those include facial trauma, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, airway and TMJ treatment, and implant-related procedures. Her work in building medical necessity, using precise coding strategy, and turning "non-covered" denials into paid claims has given her extensive knowledge of payer policies, documentation requirements, and the time-consuming paperwork that slows providers down.
Hanli co-founded ClinicalScriptAI to solve the problems she saw every day. Her combination of billing expertise, hands-on appeals experience, and understanding of provider workflows shapes a platform that is practical, compliant, and focused on helping physicians, practices and facilities reduce denials, recover revenue, and spend less time on paperwork.

Tim Rawlings, DDS

Director of Sales

Tim brings more than four decades of experience in dentistry, combining firsthand clinical experience with extensive expertise in dental practice transitions and brokerage. His unique background as both a practicing dentist and a dental transition specialist gives him a comprehensive understanding of the clinical, operational, and business considerations that shape a successful dental practice.
Tim earned both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Northern Arizona University in 1977 before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1981. He went on to practice dentistry for 30 years in Scottsdale, Arizona, gaining extensive experience in the day-to-day operation and management of a dental practice.
Beginning in 2004, Tim expanded his career into dental practice transitions, serving as a Senior Transition Specialist with AFTCO from 2004 to 2012. During this time, he worked closely with dentists navigating the purchase, sale, and transition of dental practices, developing a deep understanding of practice valuation, negotiations, deal structures, and the many factors that contribute to successful transactions.
In 2012, Tim founded his own Dental Transition Group, where he continued helping dentists with practice transitions through 2020. His extensive experience working directly with dental practice owners has given him valuable insight into the unique goals, challenges, and opportunities involved in buying, selling, and growing dental businesses.
As Director of Sales, Tim combines his clinical background, decades of experience as a dentist, and extensive knowledge of dental practice brokerage and transitions to build meaningful relationships with dental professionals and identify opportunities that create value for both practices and their owners.

Ed Keyser

Director of Marketing

Ed Keyser brings more than 45 years of experience in the dental industry, giving him an exceptional understanding of dentistry, dental practices, and the products and services that support them. Since beginning his career in 1981, Ed has worked with thousands of dental offices and professionals, developing a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs and challenges of the dental community.
Throughout his career, Ed spent more than nine years with Premier Dental Products Company and 20 years as a Field Sales Consultant with Henry Schein, one of the world's leading providers of healthcare products and services. These experiences provided Ed with extensive knowledge across virtually every aspect of the dental industry, from practice operations and clinical products to purchasing, distribution, and the evolving needs of dental professionals.
As Director of Marketing, Ed brings a unique combination of industry expertise, firsthand experience, and longstanding relationships within dentistry. His deep understanding of the dental marketplace allows him to help shape marketing strategies and initiatives that are relevant, practical, and focused on delivering meaningful value to dental practices and professionals.
